Facilitating a roundtable discussion with Iza Login, Jaka Levstek and Tanja Skaza, the top three lectures of 2017 in CEED Slovenia – Center for Entrepreneurship and Executive Development. My biggest takeaway from the question “What has been your key learning point of the year?” has been “The power of the people.” As (business) leaders we should strive to attract and empower the best talents we can find. One of the ways of achieving this is facilitating good-quality group learning. Integrated, synchronized, high-performance groups with shared values and holistic/sustainable awareness are one of the key assets in addressing complex societal and planetary challenges.
