Zlata nit (The Golden Thread)
Zlata nit (The Golden Thread) is a unique media research project that rewards the best Slovenian employers of the year. It was created upon the initiative of the Dnevnik media company in collaboration with the University of Ljubljana. Its aim is to identify and promote the best employers in the country and to research the quality of the relationship between the organization and the employees. By promoting the best practices in the employment field, it aims to create a more dynamic job development and contribute to a greater competitiveness of the Slovenian economy.
MY INSIGHTS
My role was event facilitation on the first day of the expert conference.
Learning points:
- All people are human regardless of the size of the company they work for. They all have stage fright and they all wish to present their company in the best way possible.
- The main task of an expert event facilitator is to relax the audience and encourage their active participation; there are so many experts in the room who can share something useful.
- Miha Pogačnik (Speaker | Leadership Resonance Expert | Violinist | Visionary | Inventor | Cultural Ambassador) is an extraordinary individual. Simply put, a really cool guy. 🙂
