Conference on Human Development: “Together Against the Challenges of Tomorrow”

The conference addressed the challenges of human resource management through the perspective of the labour market trends in Slovenia and Europe. Special emphasis was placed on age-management in the context of intergenerational co-operation, investment, older employees and innovative leadership. The conference also featured examples of good practices in older employee management.




I was the main facilitator of the event.

Learning points:

  • A background in sociology proves useful when facilitating HR conferences.
  • Humanity is marked by a paradox: we can clearly see what the future has in store but our reaction time is sooo slow.
  • I am intrigued by experts. They are highly knowledgeable and deliver their messages without emotional drama. 🙂
