MY INSIGHTS
I am a main facilitator of CEED community and club events with entrepreneurs, experts and global guests.
Learning points:
- Entrepreneurs are highly practical and ‘streetwise’ people.
- When things become chaotic, just breathe, calm down and re-assess the situation over a cup of coffee or a walk.
- ‘Push leadership’ (making someone do something) doesn’t produce better long-term results than acceptance leadership: what do you propose we should do and what are you willing to be responsible for?
